Main Show Contractor
Shepard are the official show contractor, providing many services including booth builds, furniture, banners, signage, cleaning, logistics, shipping, flooring and more!

You will receive an email with details on how to access the Shepard ExhibitorPro site, within 7 working days of signing up to the event.
- Once you have login details, you can click here to access the ExhibitorPro site, browse the event information and place orders.
- A 'Basic Booth Package' is available for pipe and drape booths, which includes 2 x chairs, 1 x skirted 6' table and 1 x wastebin, for a cost of $221. This can be found under 'Products' > 'Booth Packages' and will be delivered to your booth ready for your arrival on Tuesday 28, April from 11am.

Custom Build Exhibitors - Additional Information for Contractors
If you are using an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) or third-party for this event, please share this document with them. It outlines two required steps to help ensure they can access the Shepard ordering portal, and manage services on your behalf. They will also be required to submit their own COI to Shepard.

Insurance
RainProtection is the preferred supplier of insurance.
- Insurance is compulsory for all exhibitors.
- Your certificate of insurance must be submitted by March 13th, 2026. This can be uploaded when you complete your Compulsory Form.

Jonas Event Technology, our official registration partner, offers a lead capture app that allows exhibitors to scan all attendee and exhibitor badges and collect key registration data including their name, contact details, and company information.
- The app works on any modern smartphone or tablet with a camera, and lets you add notes, photos, voice memos, and custom qualifying questions to each lead.
- An internet connection is needed to set up initially, but once logged in it can be used offline, making it a fast and easy way to capture and manage high-quality leads in real time.
