Build-up Day (Pre-show)
SETUP TIMES:
Pipe & Drape Booths: Tuesday 28th April 2026, 11:00am - 4:00pm
Space Only/Raw Booths: Please contact your Account Manager to confirm your access times.
No under 16s are allowed into the halls during build or breakdown for health and safety reasons. Please ensure you bring a valid ID with you.
Exhibition Days: April 29th & 30th, 2026
DAY 1:
Exhibitor Access: 8:00am for final booth preparations only, no building will be permitted pre-show open.
Doors Open: 10:00am.
Doors Close: 5:00pm.
Exhibitor Party: 5:15-7:15pm.

This exclusive event is a great opportunity to connect with fellow exhibitors and show management over a drink - just remember to bring your Exhibitor Badge for entry!

Exhibitor Access: 8:00am for final booth preparations.

Breakdown
FOR ALL EXHIBITORS: April 30th 2025 - 4:15pm - 8:00pm
Breakdown cannot commence until all attendees have left the hall.
NOTE: This is a strict timescale. Please adhere to this as per the venue’s Health and Safety regulations.

The parking garages are located on the 4th and 5th uncovered levels of the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Flat fee rate of $20.
