She’s led change initiatives at Fortune 50 companies, coached public and private sector leaders, and delivered transformational programs in collaboration, influence, negotiation, and team-building. Her expertise helps leaders shift from competitive to cooperative practices and achieve immediate, lasting results.Sherri holds a PhD in Human Development (Fielding Graduate University), MPhil in Management Research (University of Bath), and a BSc in Economics and Law (University of Plymouth).
Glenn Dorris

A leader in Organization Design Effectiveness for Procter & Gamble, he helped Leadership teams create success for themselves and their organizations. His expertise for nearly four decades was instrumental in integrating new acquisitions into P&G, including Gillette, Clairol, Wella AG and others. A master trainer of Startegic Soft Skills Institute Influence and Negotiation programs for over 25 years, he has worked with Fortune 50 companies including Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, Chevron, Con Edison, Entergy and many others. Glenn holds a BA in Organization Development from Southern Methodist University.
