TJ (formerly Training Journal) has been a major publication for the training and L&D industry since 1965. Now a totally digital community it is aimed at all those working in HR, talent, coaching, mentoring, skills, and people development; our community has a broad spectrum of readers from large corporations, SMEs, not-for-profit organisations, the public sector, higher education and consultants. Our website www.trainingjournal.com provides practical and thought-provoking content. This is promoted on Twitter and LinkedIn where we have a substantial following, we also have a bi-monthly newsletter that has a global reach. Podcasts and webinars are also part of our resources but only for select content.
TJ has a three-monthly editorial calendar covering the most current topics of interest to our community, these include: leadership, talent (acquisition, retention, engagement & development), managing performance, organisational development, wellbeing, the future of work & learning, learning technology, diversity, equity & inclusion, creativity & inclusion, and of course continuous professional development (train the trainer, develop the developer, coach the coach).
