Stephen Murray is the Founder and President of GrowFast Advisory, the firm building the fourth diligence workstream for business transitions: measuring what a company's AI investment created, proving the value transfers in a sale or succession, and setting the stage for a buyer to grow it. Where other advisors price what's written down, GrowFast produces evidence for the unrecorded side of a business, the relationships, judgment, and AI-enabled workflows buyers discount because no one can prove they transfer.

Stephen brings 30 years of executive experience across International Paper, PepsiCo's bottling group, Coca-Cola Enterprises, KONE, and Ocado. He holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor credential.

His grandfather Emile Legros was an owner and turnaround leader who acquired Cedar Point and grew it by investing in his people. Stephen gets his passion from him and the value that a business is its people, and what they build should outlive the owner who built it.
