A generalist at heart, he brings a non-technical, business-first perspective shaped by years of building out and scaling operations functions across hospitality, retail, and digital brands. Before Proven Labs, Will co-founded an AI-native productivity platform and led it as CEO through its first pilot. Having seen firsthand the gap between the cutting edge and where the majority of businesses are in their AI transformation journey, he felt drawn to bridging that gap.
