Rosco Graves Jr. is a founding member of Polaxis. For over twenty years he has partnered with C Suite Executives to gather and interpret financial data in order to generate meaningful insights. Rosco has worked for several industry leading consumer products, oil and gas and manufacturing companies in leadership roles building a wealth of expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, cash flow management and operational effectiveness. Rosco started his career within Deloitte's audit practice. Rosco now uses his vast range of experiences to partner with small to medium sized organizations to improve their financial and operational health.
