Ron Whaley is an accomplished Tax Executive with more than 30 years of working experience with Corporations, LLC’s, Partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals. He has extensive experience dealing with entity mergers, sales and acquisitions, as well as multistate tax issues. Ron is also an accomplished executive experienced in P&L management, strategy, acquisitions, operations, sales, marketing, and information systems. He developed the strategy, built the teams, and led a company’s transformation from a small Midwestern manufacturer to a global industry leader, growing annual revenue from $250 million to $2.5 billion.
