Richelle Rice
Richelle Rice is an Emmy Award-winning storyteller and digital marketing strategist whose career spans journalism, law enforcement communications, global sports, hospitality, entertainment, government, and nonprofit sectors. She is known for blending creativity with data-driven strategy to build brand presence, drive engagement, and connect audiences to experiences that matter.
Richelle began her career in broadcast journalism at KSWT (CBS) in Arizona before moving to KVBC (NBC) in Las Vegas. She earned an Emmy Award for Murder One, which followed a homicide case from the 911 call to resolution. Her reporting also took her undercover to Colorado City during the Warren Jeffs arrest, to NYC for LVMPD recruitment coverage, and to Washington, D.C., to showcase Secret Service operations during President George W. Bush’s inauguration.
Her NBC work led to a role at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, where the Sheriff appointed her to build out the department’s video production and digital communications. Richelle launched LVMPD’s social media presence, pioneering digital storytelling in public safety.
As VP of Social Media at Kirvin Doak Communications, Richelle led multimillion-dollar campaigns across sports, hospitality, and entertainment. She drove digital strategy for the Shriners PGA Open, the South Point 400 NASCAR race, Vegas Lights FC, Vegas Golden Knights, and Tiger Woods' Tiger Jam event, while also overseeing launches and rebrands for Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Hard Rock Lake Tahoe, SLS, Four Seasons, and more. Her entertainment portfolio included Siegfried & Roy’s tiger cubs, Whitney Houston Hologram, Absinthe, Mat Franco, Criss Angel Mindfreak, and other iconic Las Vegas productions.
Most recently, Richelle served as Vice President of Social & Digital Marketing for the Las Vegas Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee, directing the Social Media Command Center and leading digital strategy across fan engagement, influencer activations, paid campaigns, and crisis communications in collaboration with the NFL, LVCVA, and local partners.
Today, Richelle consults with brands, government agencies, nonprofits, and events, offering expertise in marketing, influencer partnerships, brand strategy, and crisis communications. Her portfolio includes the Nevada Department of Public Safety, Discovery Children’s Museum, Shine A Light Foundation, PBR Teams Championship, HAV Horse Rescue, and Sol-Up.
