Nick Reich is passionate about leaving the world a bit better than he found it.  Nick brings twenty years of experience in social innovation,
strategy, and collaboration to help companies across a variety of sectors tackle some of society’s biggest opportunities.  

As Founder & CEO of River + Green, Nick supports partners in living and working from a place of purpose and clarity.
Nick is a Certified Holistic Coach and an Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.
Nick partners with founders, leaders, and organizations to develop more conscious leaders and increase their impact at home and in their communities. 

Prior to founding River + Green, Nick has held senior leadership and executive roles in multiple national and international social
impact firms, having led diverse, global teams.

Most recently, Reich was recognized as a finalist for the International Center of Indiana’s Global Impressions Award for his work around the world.
