Milka Milliance, MBA is the founder of Simetras, where she designs immersive experiences for team offsites and executive retreats that foster collaboration, connectivity, and employee retention. With 20 years of experience leading C-Suite retreats for Fortune 500s and startups globally, she combines expertise in management consulting, executive coaching, and leadership development to create transformative, sensory-driven experiences. A Columbia University Cultural Anthropology graduate with an MBA from Babson College, Milka is also a serial entrepreneur and author of Your Journey to Self-Redefinition and Women Entrepreneurs and the Myth of Underperformance. She lives in Miami with her husband, daughter and mini goldendoodle.
