Mandi brings a unique perspective to human resources, shaped by over 15 years as a production electrician and electrical technologist before transitioning into HR consulting.

Her unconventional path into HR began with a costly lesson as an entrepreneur when she received a $35,000 Department of Labor compliance fine for her own business. This experience taught her that "I didn't know what I didn't know, until I learned—very expensively—that I didn't know it." Now leveraging more than a decade of insights, Mandi partners with organizations to streamline HR operations, ensure compliance, and implement cutting-edge HR technology and benefits packages.
