Lori J. Rainery is the Founder and CAIO Consultant at Polaris Crescent Enterprise LLC, where she helps organizations move AI from experimentation to production-grade, governed systems. With 20+ years in enterprise architecture, data and digital transformation, and 3+ years leading AI programs, Lori has operated at the intersection of strategy, governance and execution, delivering AI transformation engagements for clients across professional services, technology, and regulated industries, co-chairing AI Governance, and driving ISO/IEC 42001 readiness before most organizations knew why it mattered. She holds an MIT certification in AI and a Chief AI Officer certificate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She has led AI on both the product and business sides of the enterprise. Lori is an OpenAI Partner and the creator of Polaris Navidion™, a proprietary AI readiness and governance platform built for organizations at every stage of AI maturity-powered by agentic AI workflows.
