Kai E. Jacobs is the founder and lead legal strategist at South Florida Business Law Group. A Miami native, Kai has been practicing law since 1993, focusing on helping businesses resolve legal disputes so they can focus on growth and profitability. After earning his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, he returned home to support South Florida’s dynamic and rapidly evolving business landscape.

Kai has represented clients across a wide range of industries in matters involving real estate, contracts, partnerships, and commercial litigation. His deep experience includes international disputes, intra-corporate conflict, and high-stakes litigation across Florida's state and federal courts.

Driven by a passion to see South Florida businesses thrive, Kai built the firm around one mission: protecting business owners so they can succeed with confidence.
