Joey brings 8+ years of recruiting experience, while holding a Finance degree from the University of Richmond and a Master's in Human Resources from Rollins College. He has hired for teams within various spaces including tech, AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, construction, civil engineering, finance, defense and more.

Joey founded Gold Level Talent in Feb. 2024 to better serve early-stage, VC-backed startups; GLT primarily supports small and medium-sized businesses (5-100 headcount), hiring for founding and critical roles across engineering, sales, marketing, A&F, operations and other areas.

After hiring for various AI teams, he created an additional division of GLT in 2025 that integrates and manages AI solutions for businesses who want to leverage AI without having to figure out the technology on their own.
