James Leone is a seasoned digital technology leader that continuously seeks to align bigger picture outcomes through secure solutions that strategically balance risk and reward. Experienced with organizations across regulated and non-regulated industries, he has delivered across the spectrum of management, thought leadership, and individual contributor roles; effectively communicating with the C-suite to practitioners in large public forums, industry specific consortiums, classroom settings, and ad-hoc meetings. He has mentored numerous managers, software engineers, and IT staff to accomplish organizational transformations and project success.  Born in the tech-hub of San Francisco, James has been raising a family of four children and enjoying the sunnier part of the state with his college sweetheart from the University of Southern California, where he earned his degree in Computer Science.
