Holly Hoffman is a seasoned sales tax professional with 15 years of expertise in tax law and business advisory. As the founder of Sales Tax Advisory Network, Holly provides employee and business development through sales tax training. She has worked with major companies across various industries, ensuring their sales tax processes are efficient, accurate, and legally sound. The press has taken notice with articles in the Digital Journal, CEO.com, and on Founders Future podcast with more to come! 

Holly has received the Presidential Service award (2018) for her service as the elected National Chair of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (Federal Advisory Committee to the IRS), external customer service award (2018) from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for her dedication to taxpayer education, and community service award (2025) from the Wisconsin Institute for CPAs (WICPA) for her dedication and service to service and tax education. 

Holly is a former WI Dept of Revenue auditor, tax specialist and head of WI Dept of Revenue’s Speaker’s Bureau. She is currently the chair of WICPA’s State and Local Taxation Committee. Holly is active in numerous associations and speaks regularly to business groups around the country on tax law and policy. She has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting.
