build and scale their startups and small-to-medium-sized businesses.  Fulcrum specializes in providing end-to-end CTO and Software Development
services through a diverse team of remote workers around the world, with R&D centers in the Philippines and Colombia.

Froilan has over 15 years of experience founding and scaling NY startups, with successes ranging from venture funding, acceptance to top tech
accelerators and acquisition.  Froilan has also been an adjunct Computer Science lecturer at various colleges and universities in New York.
