As an energetic and passionate Chief Operating Officer, I have been instrumental for the development of a Multi Franchises business over the last fourteen years.
My innovative approach to identifying new opportunities in service standards and in identifying locations has given the franchisor a new insight in the power of the brand which has led to unique growth. I have brought every single store to completion and successful, profitable operation, from inception to designing fit out and, most importantly, finding the most promising and positive staff to live for the moment with our guests.

My open and honest approach has been the key of a successful story made of hundreds of stories of colleagues working together for growth, with a positive team spirit.
From these bases, I have nurtured a culture of highly performing store team and area managers who felt empowered to make the business and the common success their own goal. Legendary annual conferences and experience incentives were only a small part of the celebration of success we enjoyed.
