With over 10 years of experience as the CEO and Co-Founder of Learning One to One, Erika Twani is a passionate and visionary leader who is dedicated to providing a personalized and autonomous, life-long learning system that develops individuals' potential and impacts their social and economic opportunities. Erika is also an author and a TEDx speaker who shares her insights and philosophy on how to simplify complex concepts and make them scalable and useful for everyone, starting with children.

Erika leads her organization to partner with governments and non-profit organizations to help educators worldwide combine the use of technology with quality instructional practices. She also serves as a board member and an international advisory board member for several organizations that focus on K-12 equity, data science, and innovation. Erika has a strong background in sales and marketing, having worked as a director for Microsoft and Oracle in Latin America. She has multiple certifications in partnership brokering and board education, and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
