Founders Marlene Cardenas, CEO and Elizabeth Jose Esteves, COO have been in HR collectively for 15 years. Marlene has an MSLM with a concentration in HR Management. Elizabeth has a BA in Psychology and Marketing with a focus in I/O Psychology. Both have had experience as internal HR Managers and HR Business Partners in small to large companies in various industries such as but not limited to retail, finances, manufacturing, and hospitality. Both worked together at an HR services and platform provider where they provided consulting assistance to companies across the country as HRBPS. They both were able to see the need for a more hands on approach in various industries. They believe HR is the foundation of a company and believe in educating employers on the importance of HR.
