This session will focus on how IBM achieved $4.5 billion in productivity gains through AI, hybrid cloud, automation and consulting expertise across its own 300,000+ employee organization in 170+ countries. It will also highlight IBM’s breakthroughs in quantum and how enterprises are securing themselves for the quantum era.

Eleonora Sokolsky is a Principal Client Executive & Relationship Manager at IBM, serving as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior stakeholders. She works to align IBM’s cutting-edge technology solutions with the evolving needs of large-scale enterprises. Eleonora spent nearly 2 decades in the Financial Services Industry and has led Client and Technical Teams. 

Eleonora is a mentor to underprivileged high school and college students in both the United States and United Kingdom. Organizer of Women’s Career Summits to help skilled immigrants find employment opportunities in the field of Financial Services. Founder of the IBM Financial Services Market Women’s Roundtable. Awarded "30 Under 30 in Finance" by Forbes and the “Rising Star” by the Women’s Bond Club.
