Prior to his current role, Derrick served as Chief Compliance Officer at Planstin, equipping him with deep insights into regulatory frameworks and customer needs. His previous experience includes managing a $2.5 billion portfolio at Fisher Investments, where he earned multiple awards for client service and retention, and leading process improvement teams at Capital One.

Derrick holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He is passionate about transforming healthcare through transparency, affordability, and customer-centered design. Outside of work, Derrick is a proud father of five daughters and a grandfather to twins.
