Born and raised on the Dutch Caribbean Island of Curaçao, Bruce Decaster earned his BS in the United States in Health & Human Performance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management before starting a career as an International Human Resources professional. In 2020, he started his own international HR company, Crescentia Global Talent Solutions, where he has aided companies all over the world expand into new international markets and find the talent they need through unique recruitment methodologies. Bruce has seen first-hand the struggles of those trying to work two jobs and wanted to create a resource to help them. In his book, “The Art of Serving Two Masters, A Simple Guide to Maximizing Your Performance While Working Two Jobs," he explains the way to change the prejudices managers and companies can have against people seeking to chart their own path to success and advancement by working two or more jobs.
