Bill Koschak is a seasoned business leader and co-founder of Everest Advisors, a C-suite advisory firm focused on helping businesses accelerate growth and increase shareholder value. With nearly 35 years of experience, he has served as both a corporate and business unit CFO for publicly traded and private equity-owned companies, and as the general manager of a $600 million medical device business.

His extensive expertise covers corporate finance, including capital raising, strategic modeling, and M&A. He also directs all aspects of accounting, reporting, and internal controls. Bill's client work includes serving as a fractional CFO, implementing financial systems, and evaluating team structures. A former KPMG audit partner, he holds a BA in Accounting from Augsburg University and a Board Cybersecurity Certification. Bill has extensive boardroom experience, currently serving on three corporate boards.
