Bill Adams
Bill Adams Jr. is an American entrepreneur, management consultant, researcher, speaker and is a ForbesBook author. He has built and sold two management consulting firms the last of which was acquired by Dell/Perot Systems. Since 1998, he has built a highly successful consultancy practice called Whitespace LLC.com and over the last five years built Targatek, Inc. which boasts a one-of-a-kind SaaS leadership platform.
Adams is recognized as an organization and leadership expert spending most of his consulting career working within the technology and health care sectors in Fortune 50 companies and high growth companies. He specializes in helping leadership teams resolve business performance challenges, facilitate leadership development, lead transformation initiatives and provide one-on-one coaching to executives.
Adams has also served as an interim Chairman/CEO in six NASDAQ companies experiencing reorganization, insider buyouts, SEC, and IRS issues and prepared firms for M&A or IPO. He further served as a non-executive director on four NASDAQ companies. Today, he presides over a podcast series titled “Boards That Work” which he authored and is carried by two global organizations once a quarter.
Adams book “OUTFOCUS – Harness The Power of Collaboration” published by ForbesBooks is the first in a three-book series titled “The Great Collaboration Race.” His theory that optimizing the collaborative process to maximize performance and move an organization closer to excellence is being well received. He has been on the cover of CIO Bulletin Magazine, authored articles that have appeared in The Silicon Review and CIO Bulletin and CEO Monthly Magazine awarded him the coveted “Chairperson Award” for 2022 and 2023 in the category of ‘Technology in Workplace Transformation. He is to appear on the cover of The Silicon Review in the first quarter of 2024.
