Ellen brings a unique perspective shaped by her career as President of Ascent Sports (owner of the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche), senior leadership roles at Pepsi, leading her own SaaS start-up and her Wharton School education in Finance and Marketing. Her path from P&L responsibility to coaching reflects her passion for helping business owners and their leaders succeed at growing a business and their path to exit.
