Kathey Porter Coaching (KPC) is a boutique coaching and business strategy consultancy specializing in helping small businesses grow and scale by contracting with institutions (B2B/B2G). KPC is a division of Porter Brown Associates, a management solutions/professional services consultancy servicing clients across public and private sectors.

Kathey K. Porter, MBA, MSE is a nationally recognized small business strategist, award winning subject matter expert and speaker at conferences and events focusing on supplier
diversity, economic inclusion, small business development/entrepreneurship and women's entrepreneurship. She has been an Executive Coach/Advisor for several national business accelerators including Goldman Sachs, Inc Magazine and Babson College, to name a few. She is also founder/lead instructor for the Supplier Diversity Training Institute (SDTI), which provides education, thought leadership, networking and training opportunities in economic inclusion, supplier diversity, procurement, community
engagement and small business development for Fortune 500 corporations, local/state/federal government agencies, institutions and other community and economic stakeholders.

Kathey is the co-author of NAACP Image Awards® nominated 50 Billion Dollar Boss: African American Women Sharing Stories of Success in Entrepreneurship and Leadership (Palgrave Macmillan), Implementing Supplier Diversity (Palgrave Macmillan) and Supplier Diversity for Dummies (Wiley). Her new book Big Tech Boss Energy (Palgrave Macmillan) will be releasaed in 2024.
