Magellan Solutions was primarily established in 2005 to cater to the needs of Small-to-Medium Sized Businesses (SMBs), as we understood the unique needs of this segment. After more than 19 years in the business, we have a 1,300-seat operation across three redundant sites in Metro Manila, Philippines, and an operations site in Palm Coast, Florida. We cater to over 110 clients across multiple industries.
We provide a unique value proposition by offering full oversight management for SMBs or large clients. The oversight management team is initially headed by the implementation manager and supported by team leaders, QAs, and product trainers.

Given each client's unique requirements, Magellan Solutions has broad experience in multiple industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, banking, real estate, education, manufacturing, airlines, logistics, and more. We handle INBOUND services like customer service, technical support, helpdesk, order taking, reservations, bookings, retention, dispatching, and recruitment sourcing. For OUTBOUND services, we offer lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, collection, and surveys. Our BACKOFFICE services include data processing, data research/mining, 3D modeling, invoicing, dispatching, SEO, data augmentation, content moderation, and voice transcription. All these processes can be handled using a combination of voice, chat, email, and SMS channels.

In addition, as part of our support for SMBs, Magellan Solutions provides system solutions such as PABX, ACD, IVR, skills-based routing, predictive dialer, open-source and customized CRMs and ticketing systems, and VoIP inbound DID/TFNs and outbound termination.
