Magellan Solutions was primarily established in 2005 to cater to the needs of the Small-to-Medium Sized businesses, as, we understood the unique needs of the SMB segment. After more than 19-years in the business, we now have a 1,300 seat operation across 3 redundant sites in Metro Manila, Philippines, and, an operations site in Palm Coast, Florida. We also cater to more than 110+ clients in our portfolio across multiple industries.

We provide a unique value proposition of providing full oversight management regardless if it's an SMB client or large clients. The oversight management team is initially headed by the implementations manager and supported by team leaders, QAs and Product trainers.

Given the unique requirements of each client, Magellan has a broad experience in multiple industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, banking, real estate, education, manufacturing, airlines, logistics, etc. We do INBOUND customer service, technical support, helpdesk, order taking, reservations, bookings, retention, dispatching, and recruitment sourcing. For OUTBOUND, we do lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, collection, surveys. Lastly, for BACKOFFICE, we do data processing, data research/mining, 3D modeling, invoicing, dispatching SEO, data augmentation, content moderation, and voice transcription. All of these processes can be handled using a combination of channels such as voice, chat, email, SMS.

Lastly, as part of supporting SMBs, Magellan Solutions also provides system solutions such as PABX, ACD, IVR, skills-based routing, predictive dialer, open-source and customized CRMs and ticketing systems, and VoIP inbound DID/TFNs and outbound termination.
