Legacy Leadership Institute is the brainchild of two very accomplished serial entrepreneurs, Thomas MacDonald and Madeleine MacRae. After their successful corporate carreers and inidivdually growing profitable start-ups, both built coaching and consulting firms, focused on sales, success, business growth, scalability, marketing, leadership development and exit planning. In 2023 they brought together their universes of systems & content to create Legacy Leadership Institute and the PRO-Q system. For nearly 25 years the elements with the PRO-Q system have been refined in real-life, real-world scenarios with more than 2800 business owners, just like you.
