The Leadership Doctors were founded in 2019 as a collaboration between Dr. Cathy Bush and Dr. Tara Peters, in conjunction with the release of our book "The Demotivated Employee: Helping Leaders Solve the Motivation Crisis that is Plaguing Business" (Bush & Peters, 2020). We are leadership scholars, consultants, professors, speakers and authors. We know that leading people is hard work, and we are here to help.
Our mission is to help leaders create great workplaces for everyone who works in the business and with the business. In addition to the positive benefit that comes when employees can say "I LOVE MY JOB!" the research shows that great workplaces are more productive, customers are happier, and the business results are excellent. Leaders play a critical role in creating and sustaining this culture, and we help the leader to be intentional about how they are doing this.
