After a successful career leading corporate finance teams across multiple industries, Charlie recognized that technology had transformed how businesses operate, yet back-office financial support had not evolved at the same pace. Companies needed more than bookkeeping or occasional advisory services; they needed a responsive, integrated finance team capable of delivering accurate financials, clear foresight, and actionable guidance. What began as a standalone contract CFO practice quickly grew into a full-service back-office finance team built to meet businesses where they are and scale with them as they grow.
The name OSMEAC is rooted in Charlie’s time in the United States Marine Corps, where he used a mission-planning framework daily: Orientation, Situation, Mission, Execution, Administration & Logistics, and Command & Signal. This disciplined, structured approach to leadership mirrors how we operate today — every financial strategy begins with understanding the full picture, defining the mission, and executing with precision. That mindset has helped the businesses we serve save millions of dollars while strengthening operational clarity and financial performance.
With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accountancy, Charlie rose through the corporate finance ranks and built deep expertise across industries including eCommerce, SaaS, technology, manufacturing, construction, development, real estate, education, property management, and healthcare practices.
