Selling a Businesses

Business Owners hire us to sell their business. This all starts with a conversation to explain the process and set expectations. We then collect financial statements and tax returns to create the Business Valuation. The seller and myself then decide on the selling price. From here, we collect more operational details about the business to create the COnfidential Business Review. We then advertise on a variety of business-for-sale sites to attract the buyers. We screen the buyers, setup calls and site visits. We ask for the offers, negotiate the offer and terms. From there we go through due dilligence. The buyer submits a list of everythong they want to see as well as ask more questions. After the buyer is satisfied and financing is approved of, we schedule the closing.
