Most members cancel without anyone asking why. LookSphere Retain steps in when a member asks to cancel: it has the conversation, captures the reason, and makes the right offer from your rules, whether a pause, a credit or a discount. Every outcome is logged back to your membership system, so you know why members leave and which offers keep them.
