Equine Assisted Learning Programs
)
Equine-assisted learning (EAL) is an experiential form of education that involves on-the-ground interactions between humans and horses to achieve personal and professional development goals.
In EAL sessions, participants engage in various activities and exercises with horses, which can include grooming, leading, and navigating obstacle courses - No riding involved and no previous experience with horses required.
Horses are highly perceptive animals that can mirror human emotions and behaviors. They offer immediate and non-judgmental feedback based on human behavior, emotions and body language which makes them excellent teachers for individual and team learning.
The main goal of equine-assisted learning is to create an environment where individuals and teams can develop specific skills through carefully designed activities with horses.
