Elite Mind launches world's first psychometric assessment for mental health

What is Elite Mind Wellbeing Assessment?

Wellbeing Compass is a psychometric assessment for mental health to assess individual capacity to build and maintain health and wellbeing in a way that is proactive, preventative, actionable and measurable. It looks at 12 areas of life that are proven to have an impact on physical, cognitive, social and emotional wellbeing, forming a strong base for good mental health.

Who is it for?

It is a tool for organisations looking for ways to support employee wellbeing; for therapists, coaches and holistic health practitioners looking for ways to measure the impact of their interventions on client’s health and wellbeing, and for any individual looking for more insights about the state of their wellbeing and what to do about it.

How does it work?

You would be given a link to an in-depth assessment that takes around 30-40 min to complete. Upon completion, you receive an instant wellbeing score broken down into 12 categories, and a customised 78-page report showing you what practical action to take to drive your health and wellbeing. Based on your results, you will continue to receive customised resources, action plans, reminders and if needed, access to professional help. This includes therapists, psychologists, health coaches, nutritionists, personal trainers, gut and hormonal health experts, financial advisors, relationship counsellors, trauma experts, and many other services specifically tailored to your needs.

How is it different to other wellbeing and mental health solutions?

Our approach is holistic and strategic, taking into account all different aspects underlying mental health based on the latest neuroscience research. We look at how human neurobiology interacts with the environment, including the workplace and how to use it as an intervention. Most importantly, we provide tailored resources and professional support without the need for stigmatising diagnostic labels, and we measure underlying causes, not symptoms. This helps to build the right awareness, skills and practical tools for resilience, recovery and prevention of ill mental health. It is the only assessment of this kind that looks at the whole person in their environment at this specific point in time and provides strategic solutions.

Why have you created it?

Because 1 in 6 people struggle with ill mental health yet the current mental health system doesn't work! It only addresses symptoms through medication or talking therapy, without looking at neurobiological, social and environmental root causes. Poor mental health costs the UK economy over 60bn a year, and is getting worse rapidly. Over the years working with high performers and the most vulnerable, suicidal individuals, we have witnessed a lot of suffering at both ends - people are feeling burnt out, stigmatised, not receiving support before it’s too late, or becoming forever dependent on external support instead of being empowered to take control of their own life, success and happiness. It is increasingly difficult to achieve professional goals without personal sacrifices. People don’t know where to start, what help is available and how to track progress. Businesses and professionals in the field don’t know how to measure the impact of support provided, often opting in for superficial tick-box solutions.

While everyone is talking about the importance of mental health, personalised information and practical solutions for action are still missing. We are here to bridge that gap.
